When you submit files to www.SketchUpModels.com you attest that the models being presented to us for review are your personal intellectual property and that you are the sole creator of these models.

Your product hosting agreement with Sketchupmodels.com is at will. That means you are free to remove your products and post them elsewhere or modify them as you see fit. We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the hosting of any and all submitted models based on quality or any other factors we deem important for the work and/or the site, www.SketchUpModels.com. Our aim is to maintain the highest standards for the products we offer. SketchUpModels.com will always strive to be the premiere site for high quality SketchUpModels.

Additionally, our goal is to keep this site a unique and valuable showcase for your pieces. We kindly ask that while your products are posted at SketchUpModels.com, you do not simultaneously keep those same products available for download elsewhere. Again, you retain the freedom to remove your work from SketchUpModels.com and repost elsewhere at any time.

By submitting your work to SketchUpModels.com you release the site from any damages incurred to you or to your intellectual property by the purchasers of said property. While we demand that all of our customers respect the intellectual property rights of our designers, SketchUpModels.com will not be held responsible for the anything done to/with your property once it leave our servers. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or anything else unscrupulous users may do with your models. We sincerely hope this never becomes an issue and will continually strive to preserve and protect our rights and those of our partners.

The prices of all models will be clearly posted on our site. Royalty payment(s) of 50% of the sale price for each model will be processed when an artists earnings reach $50.00. Currently, there are two options for the method of payment: check or PayPal. If an artist chooses to receive payments by check you must e-mail our support team support@SketchUpModels.com to make these arrangements. When submitting your models, you must include your address to receive your royalty check by mail or provide SketchUpModels.com with PayPal account information. If you choose the PayPal option, you will receive sales reports via the e-mail address you used to make the submission.
